Emails - Something has changed on the Hardware Designer task sheet

R&D Admin gets emails showing any changes that are made to the Hardware Designers Projects sheet, which is basically a log for the Hardware team and the changes will be highlighted yellow, see example email below

1. Always check that the comment on the email makes sense, as sometimes the email cuts off some text. Also under the STATUS section, this may say something like “requires a sign off meeting”.

Always question any comment that suggests the module has moved from Hardware to another department as this will mean that the relevant "Card" on the R&D WIP Sheet will need to be moved. Before moving the card, read the current comments on the R&D WIP sheet and New Product sheet to make sure this new comment is current and not an old comment that has been superseded. We do not want to move the card to the wrong department on the R&D WIP sheet.(location: R&D Projects/R&D Dashboard & WIP/R&D WIP)

2. If you are happy this new comment is current, copy the text from the email and add to the comment section of the New Product sheet. (location: R&D Projects/New Products) ALWAYS SAVE

3. If required, move the card on the R&D WIP Sheet to the correct department

4. When finished with this email, file it into “HW Designer Sheet Changes” folder, under each individual designer.
